I offer home buying, selling, and leasing services in the Greater Seattle area. I have been in the business for ten years and have rich experience working on Short Sale, foreclosure, and auction properties. I specialize in investment properties as a complete package of buying, getting them ready, and renting them out. I work with a strong team of lenders, escrow, inspectors. and back-office staff. Together, we ensure that your journey in realizing that dream house is hassle-free and smooth.
In 2017, the Seattle real estate market was particularly brutal. We had jam-packed open houses, bidding wars, and homes selling for well above the asking price. In this new ‘normal’, I helped two clients close the deals at 10 percent below asking price! Unbelievable but possible – it takes time, tenacity, a lot of patience, and a little bit of creativity to make that happen.

I invest time in understanding your requirements and work tirelessly to find houses that meet your criteria. I am transparent with information and use my experience to provide you guidance on making the right short term and long term real estate decisions.
